What is King Kash and how do I get it?
You’ve already got it. King Kash is built right into your existing Methodist University Student Meal Plan. It’s there, ready to roll. If you are not on a meal plan, all you have to do is fund your King Kash account (or get Mom and Dad to); then enjoy total freedom without spending your cash or charging up credit cards. Your King Kash account gives you the freedom to do what you want, when you want, on or off campus.
How does King Kash work?
Once you’ve funded your account through purchase of a meal plan or voluntary deposit, just swipe your Student ID Card at the time of purchase at any of the participating locations, and the balance is deducted from your King Kash account.
Rollover Deposits?
You’ve heard of rollover minutes? Your unused King Kash balance will roll over from semester-to-semester and year-to-year. So now, even with your busy schedule and empty pockets, you can still get a healthy meal!
How do I sign up?
When you are issued your Methodist University Student or Faculty/Staff ID, you are already enrolled. All you need to do is purchase a meal plan or make a voluntary deposit to your King Kash account. The Carte Blanch Meal Plan, Green and Gold Meal Plan, and the Monarch Meal Plan all come prefunded with $50.00 King Kash. Students living in the apartments on campus also receive $200.00 per semester of King Kash as part of their apartment package.
How do I add money to my King Kash account?
Adding money is simple! Go to the Add Money / Account Access page and log into your account with your username and password. Once you’re logged in, you will be able to add funds to your account instantly.
Where can King Kash be used off campus?
Check out the Participating Locations page to see the current list of merchants. We are always growing that list, so please let us know which of your favorite places we should add by completing the comment form on our website.
