Meal Plan Change All non-apartment resident dorm
students are required to carry a meal plan. Freshmen can only choose from
the Carte Blanche Plan or the Green and Gold Meal Plan. Meal Plans are
Non-Transferable. Monarch Dollars do not carry over to the next semester
and are non refundable. ID Cards are required for all transactions. The
weekly meal count for all resident Meal Plans resets every Friday
